Beyonce put her never-ending legs on show today as she attended a fashion event in Tokyo.

The singer turned heads in an extremely short black tier dress, which she wore for a promotional function hosted by Japanese handbag designer Samantha Thavasa.

She looked absolutely stunning as she flounced on stage and addressed the crowd, teaming her look with a pair of killer blue heels.

Beyonce, 28, made the most of her free time ahead of her two-date concerts in Tokyo as part of her ‘I Am… Tour’.

    تخلت نجمة البوب الأميركية مادونا عن مدربتها الرياضية الخاصة بعدما رفضت مرافقتها في الجزء الثاني من جولتها الموسيقية الأوروبية.

ونقلت صحيفة "نيويورك بوست" الأميركية عن مصدر، لم تحدده، ان مادونا غضبت كثيراً عندما رفضت ترايسي أندرسون، التي تعمل معها منذ 3 سنوات، السفر معها خلال الجزء الأخير من جولتها التي انتهت بحفل في إسرائيل في الشهر الماضي.

لكن الصحيفة قالت ان أندرسون تخلت عن عملها مع مادونا لتمضية وقت أطول مع حبيبها الجديد فيليب فان دن بوسش، الرئيس السابق لجمعية "رايزنغ مالاوي" الخيرية الخاصة بمادونا.

وأكد المتحدث الاعلامي باسم أندرسون خبر توقفها عن العمل مع مادونا، عازية السبب إلى رغبة المدربة في تكريس وقتها لابنها الصغير.

وقال المتحدث "بعد العمل طوال 3 سنوات، انفصلت مادونا وترايسي لأنها أرادت الاهتمام بابنها".

She’s nearly 50 but has the body of a 25-year-old. How does she do it? Lifestyle spoke exclusively to Madonna’s fitness guru to find out…

Love her or loathe her, you have to admit that Madonna looks incredible. Set to turn 50 this year, the striking blonde could be a woman half her age.

Whether posing provocatively in a T-shirt with Justin Timberlake or slumped against the ropes kitted out in boxing gear, she looks ready for action.

Her arms are toned and sinewy, her stomach harder than concrete and it is impossible to spot anything that looks as if it might ever wobble. As the first single off her new album, Hard Candy, comes out this week, people are asking: how does she do it?

The paparazzi photos tell part of the story. As a lithe and lean Madonna is pictured making her way out of yet another gruelling work-out session, there is an increasingly common fixture at her side.

A petite and pretty blonde is regularly spotted walking silently behind the Material Mum in London, New York and Los Angeles. She is fitness revolutionary Tracy Anderson and she is quickly becoming the secret slimming weapon of the A-list.

It was Madonna’s friend Gwyneth Paltrow who found her first. After giving birth to baby Moses in 2006, the health-conscious actress was confronted with a weight gain of more than 21/2st.

Following a strict diet, the star managed to shift half of it within several weeks, but that last stone proved to be impossible; and for months she resorted to wearing two Spanx girdles at a time.

With the start date for her latest film, Iron Man, fast approaching, Gwyneth made a last-ditch attempt to get her body into shape, and called on Tracy. It worked. The actress noticed results immediately and now appears, even after two children, to have the best body she’s ever had.

As for what it’s like to train with Madonna, the Celebrity Queen of Fitness, whom she has been working with six days a week for the past year, Tracy will say only: "It comes down to whether or not you are a hard worker and someone who puts in 100 per cent. I prefer to train with the dedicated and these women aren’t afraid to work."

She is less a trainer than an inventor; in fact, Tracy doesn’t believe in the old-fashioned work-out at the gym: "Through years of research and practice, what I have developed is a method that goes against a lot of what’s being taught today in gyms."

She laughs: "In fact, you put me in a gym and it’s a nightmare; it’s certainly not where I want to be. I’ve tested all those machines - they made me bulky and were hard on my joints."

Today’s trainers are taught to work the large muscle groups, with exercises such as biceps curls or hamstring presses.

"Those things are the enemies of what I’m trying to achieve," Tracy says, adding that if you work out at the gym using the traditional weight machines, "you’ll get tighter and toned but you’re not going to go down a size. I’m doing something totally different."

Looking at Tracy now, it’s hard to believe that she ever felt fat. But she did. At one time the 5ft blonde packed an extra 2st on her tiny frame - even as a dancer!

She grew up believing she was genetically doomed to a lifetime of fat. "When I decided to do this research it came from a very emotional place for me. My dad is obese," she admits.

"As a young dancer, at 20 years old, I gained 21/2st. And later, I packed on 4st when I was pregnant with my son."

And as hard as she tried to lose weight, nothing seemed to work. Inspired by the dancers she saw every day, she began to experiment and create her own work-out methods, leading to a transformation of her own body. Achieving a thin, healthy body was so lifechanging that she decided to help others. "What it boils down to is, I love food," she says. "That’s why it was so important to me to have a work-out that allows me to eat and still look good."

And it’s not just for Hollywood’s A-list. "My approach is not limited to an elite group of people," says Tracy. "This is for everyone. I’m trying to be a voice that’s out there saying: ‘Hey, there’s a new way to do this’.

"I set out to see if I could take any woman from any genetic background and give her a dancer’s body. And guess what? It’s definitive - it can be done."

    يبدو أن الممثلة الأمريكية الشهيرة أنجيلينا جولي غير راضية تماما عن لحية شريك حياتها نجم هوليوود الشهير براد بيت التي يدعها تنمو بدون تهذيب.

وذكر الموقع الإلكتروني لصحيفة "بيلد" الألمانية الاثنين أن بيت سافر أيضا بهذه اللحية إلى سوريا ، حيث يزور النجمان لاجئين عراقيين.

ونقل الموقع عن جولي المتذمرة من هذا الأمر القول إن براد كان يعتني بلحيته في الماضي ، لكنه يدعها الآن تنمو بدون تهذيب ، وأصبح "يبدو مثل الجدي".

يذكر أن بيت توجه بصحبة جولي إلى العاصمة السورية دمشق للقاء لاجئين عراقيين.

It was a case of double the fun for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt as they treated their twins Knox and Vivienne to ice cream during a visit to Amman, Jordan.

The couple made a surprise visit to the Licky Licious gelato store where the owner Ihab Fakhouri snapped a picture of the family that was later posted on Twitter.

It was a very rare public outing for the 14-month-old twins who, unlike their high-profile siblings, have only been seen a handful of times since their birth.

While the couple’s three adopted children Maddox, seven, Pax, five, Zahara, four, and biological daughter, Shiloh, three, regularly join their A-list parents while out and about, the littlest Jolie-Pitts have been kept largely out of the spotlight.

It has led to speculation about their health, with some US publications claiming they suffered allergies and were kept hidden away for safety reasons.

But the pair looked like ‘really happy kids’ according to Fakhouri, who gave them pecan, caramel, vanilla and mango ice cream to try.

‘They were walking down the street and saw our shop.

‘Brad stopped and said, "Do you guys have ice cream?" I said "Are you kidding? Of course!"’ Fakhouri told America’s People magazine. 

‘The kids look so much like Angelina. They look like their mother. But they have Brad’s eyes,’ he added.

Angelina was today seen spending the day with her elder daughters, taking Shiloh and Zahara for a trip to the supermarket after arriving in Brignoles, France.

It has been a whirlwind week for globe-trotters Angelina and Brad, who visited Damascus for a humanitarian visit just days ago.

The actress, dressed in a floor-length white ensemble, looked emotional as she spent over an hour comforting Iraqi youngsters who had fled to Syria to avoid conflict in their homeland.

The 34-year-old travelled to the country in her role as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations’ refugee agency, UNHCR, and was accompanied by Brad.

The visit prompted rumours the pair plan to adopt yet another child.

‘At one point she looked close to tears and put out her hands to touch the girl so she’d know she cared,’ a source said.

Angelina has previously admitted that she and Brad intend to expand their already large brood and wouldn’t say no to adopting again.

Jennifer’s Got Talent…according to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres

Former Friends actress Jennifer Aniston proved she’s not just a pretty face when she appeared on Ellen DeGeneres’ chat show.

The 40-year-old star was asked to sing live on the show after she revealed that she will exercise her vocal cords in a forthcoming film.

Ellen, who is Paula Abdul’s replacement on American Idol, managed to persuade Jennifer to perform - after she initially protested.

After dimming the lights and handing Jennifer a microphone, Ellen asked the actress what she would sing.

She then launched into the chorus of the song, which became more of a serenade than a solo performance.

When Jennifer finished her short performance Ellen, 51, told her: ‘I would put you through to the next round.

Kanye West gave a performance that will never be forgotten at the MTV Video Music Awards, but unfortunately for him, it had nothing to do with his music.

The rapper stormed on stage to unleash an astonishing rant during an acceptance speech by country starlet Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards last night.

The 19-year-old singer, who was collecting Best Female Video for You Belong To Me, was left humiliated as West snatched the microphone from her hands.

He turned to the audience and shouted that the gong should have gone to his big friend Beyonce, for Single Ladies.

First she told the audience about her first VMA win as a 17-year-old with Destiny’s Child and how much it meant to her and then she sportingly brought the teen singer back on stage to huge applause.

The pair, both dressed in bright red, embraced before Beyonce passed the microphone to Swift.

Wes was ejected from the awards show at Radio City Music Hall in New York.

He apologised for his outburst on his blog later.

He wrote: ‘I’m sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift and her fans and her mom.’

He added: ‘I’m in the wrong for going on stage and taking away from her moment. Beyonce’s video was the best of this decade . . . I’m sorry to my fans if I let you guys down . . . I’m sorry to my friends at MTV . . . I will apologise to Taylor.’

It is not the first time he has made his feelings known at award ceremonies.

At the 2007 MTV VMAs, he was caught on camera ranting backstage because he had not won for the second year in a row and in 2004, he stormed out of the American Music Awards for losing the best new artist category.

And at the MTV Europe awards in 2006, Kanye jumped onstage after losing out on the Best Video award for Touch The Sky to Simian.

Grabbing a microphone during their speech, he claimed his video should have won because it ‘cost a million dollars, and Pamela Anderson was in it. I was jumping across canyons.’

For her part, Swift called the evening ‘interesting.’

Strictly Come Dancing’s Joe Calzag

Former champion boxer Joe Calzaghe is fast becoming inseparable from dance partner Kristina Rihanoff ahead of his debut in show Strictly Come Dancing.

And their latest public appearance will do little to dispel rumours that Joe, 37, is enjoying more than a dance partnership with the blonde dancefloor dynamo.

Kristina, 31, joined Calzaghe as the former world champion boxer was honoured with a £3.2million bridge named after him in his home town.

And it didn’t take long for them to display their increasing affection for one another as they puckered up in front of the cameras.

Kristina is in Wales as she and Joe have been training for six hours a day near his Newbridge home.

She told Wales Online: ‘I couldn’t wish for a better partner because the man knows how to be trained and he works for a long time.’

Referring to her partner in last year’s show, former television journalist Sergeant, she added: ‘I don’t think I’ll be dragged along the floor this time.’

And on the persistent rumours, Kristina, who sat with Joe’s mother during the opening ceremony insisted: ‘The dancing is so hard work that there is no time to go out afterwards. We are just resting and relaxing after it is all over.’ 

She added: ‘He is doing really well, he is really strong and is doing brilliantly.

‘He is working very well and doing everything he can to dance at a professional level.’ 

She also predicted Joe will be as big a hit as John Sergeant was in last year’s series.

Kristina said: ‘John was great in his own way. You need a balance in a show like that - but I think Joe will be just a popular.’  

Joe added: ‘It’s a new challenge as I’ve never done anything like this before. I’d never even watched the programme before.

‘I’ve got a great teacher in Kristina and we get on and work well together.’

The £3.2 million Calzaghe Bridge in his home town of Newbridge, South Wales,  will improve accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists in the town.

Joe and his dad Enzo officially opened the bridge cheered by fans.

She is of course gearing up to release her second solo album next month.

But it seems she will have a fight on her hands for the top spot from none other than her X Factor mentor, Cheryl Cole.

The Girls Aloud star is set to release her solo debut Three Words on October 23rd -the very same day as her young protégé.

Like Cheryl, Alexandra recorded her album in Los Angeles and also worked with impressive producers including Stargate, Ne-Yo, and RedOne.

Alexandra, who took landed last year’s Christmas No.1 with Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah, says: ‘It’s just been an absolute whirlwind with everything that’s happened.

‘From getting off the tour then going straight to the States to record, it’s been magical, absolutely magical, making this album.’

Alexandra’s first single, Bad Boys, is out  October 12.

When Sienna Miller appeared on TV last month, she chose to wear a three-quarter length, patterned dress by designer Diane Von Furstenberg.

Known for her feminine, bias-cut styles the high-necked dress with ruched sleeves and front looked sparkling without being too sexy or glitzy - the sort of understated chic that Sienna was hoping for after she made headlines earlier in the year for stepping out with another woman’s husband.

But the three-quarter length is tricky to get right with small women often looking swamped and taller women seeming frumpy, while small patterns can be unflattering, making women look wider.

So when we road-tested the dress on a mere mortal, we weren’t hopeful.

Our model is taller than petite Sienna but the dress still sat at an awkward length on her calves.

The high neck feels a little bit prim, and the sleeves are cutting unflatteringly across the widest point of her arms.

For a fraction of the £636 price tag, New Look has a similar dress for a tenth of the price that sits in a more flattering way above the knee and has a flirty, V-shaped neck line. Who needs designers, when you’ve got the high street.

However, Demi Moore seems rather less interested. In fact, the Hollywood actress has just delivered the internet equivalent of the cold shoulder.

Gordon Brown’s 45-year-old wife is a keen user of social networking site Twitter, on which subscribers post short messages - Tweets - documenting their everyday lives or commenting on other matters.

ophie Anderton confesses she ‘probably did’ sleep with strangers for cash to fuel drugs habit

Sophie Anderton has admitted she ‘probably’ slept with men for money.

Speaking during a candid interview on ITV’s Jeremy Kyle show yesterday, she confessed: ‘I’m sure I probably did. I did a lot of things on drugs I’m not proud of.’

The former Wonderbra model, 32, was filmed in 2007 offering sex to an undercover reporter in exchange for cash.

The scandal saw her profile and earnings plummet.

Speaking about her troubles with drugs in an interview on The Jeremy Kyle Show, she said: ‘In 2004, I was on about 5gm a day, which cost about £250.

‘I was very promiscuous and I did sleep with a lot of guys and not remember their names the next day.

‘That’s what drugs do to you. I really don’t remember much about that time.’

Sophie, who has now been in recovery for two years, credits her mother with helping her turn her life around.

She recalled: ‘My mother said, “I’m not going to allow you to die before I do.” That shook me up.’

The former Celebrity Love Island contestant then acknowledged that her addiction was not entirely conquered.
