لتعريها داخل المحكمة
سجن أستاذة قانون يابانية في أستراليا

دانت محكمة أسترالية أستاذة قانون يابانية وحكمت عليها بالسجن أربعة أشهر بسبب "تعريها داخل المحكمة".
وقالت وسائل إعلام محلية امس الأربعاء إن المواطنة اليابانية ميجومي أوجاوا (41 عاما) خسرت الاستئناف الذي تقدمت به ضد الحكم الصادر والذي حاول خلاله محاميها إثبات أنها مريضة نفسيا.
وكانت الاستاذة التي تعمل في جامعة "ساوثرن كروس" قد أدينت قبل ذلك بتهمة التحرش بعاملين في المحكمة.
وكان صوت أوجاوا يعلو بالسباب خلال جلسات المحاكمة كما أنها كانت تشتم العاملين في المحكمة.
وتطور الأمر إلى أن خلعت أوجاوا ملابسها الداخلية ذات مرة داخل المحكمة الأمر الذي تسبب في إدانتها لمرة ثانية.

حكم لها قاضي لصالح قضيتها،و لكن لم ينفذ الحكم.
رغبت في أن تحضرالدكتوراة في جامعة ميلبورن،ولكنها تأخرت عن موعد تقديم الطلب -حوالي 21 يوما- ،فمنعت من الدراسة.وطالبت بتحقيق،ولكنه أقفل.فرفعت قضي ضد إدارة الجامعة المتعسفة.
"As the judge passed sentence, lawyers and members of the public in court
put their fingers in their ears as Ogawa let out constant high-pitched
screams and had to be held down by three corrective services officers.
She was carried out of the courtroom where she could be heard continuing to
scream on her way to the cells.
After Ogawa�s release from jail, she will be on a good behavior bond for two
years."
