جين فوندا تكشف عن سر شبابها في سن الحادية والسبعين

    كشفت نجمة هوليود جين فوندا عن سر تألقها الدائم على الرغم من أنها بلغت الحادية والسبعين من عمرها وقالت في مقابلة مع صحيفة "بيلد آم زونتاج" الألمانية الصادرة امس الأحد إن الفضل في الشعور بالشباب في خريف العمر يرجع بنسبة 10% إلى مهارة جراحي التجميل وبنسبة 30% إلى الجينات التي تحملها و30% إلى الحرص على التمتع بالحب و30% لأسلوب الحياة العصري والرياضة والتغذية السليمة.

واعترفت فوندا بأنها تعاني من بعض الآلام بعد الجراحة الأخيرة في العمود الفقري واضطرارها بعدها لاستخدام حزام واق بالإضافة إلى تركيبها لمفصل ركبة وحوض من مادة التيتان واضافت ضاحكة "يبدو أنني أتفكك وسأتحول إلى مخزن لقطع الغيار".

وأكدت فوندا أنها تسعى إلى تعديل وإصلاح أعضاء جسدها بحيث يمكنها في خريف العام المقبل صعود قمة جبال الهيمالايا وأشارت إلى أن تسلق مسافة 8000 متر يحتاج إلى لياقة عالية وقدرة كبيرة على التحمل.

وقالت فوندا إنها ستصور قريبا فيلما بالفرنسية مع جيرالدين شابلن والممثل الألماني الشاب دانيل برول واختتمت حديثها بقولها إنها تتمنى أن يتذكرها الجمهور بوصفها إنسانة لم تبد أي خوف من التغيير أو الدفاع عن العقيدة.

She might not be offering workout tips in a leotard now, but Jane Fonda still has a pointer for ladies keen to stay young - an active love life.

At 71, the fitness guru who recently had spinal surgery and boasts an artificial knee and titanium hip said her looks are partly down to having the best sex of her life.

Miss Fonda, who became a Hollywood sex symbol in the 1968 film Barbarella, said: ‘How do I still look good?

‘I owe 30 per cent to genes, 30 per cent to good sex, 30 per cent because of sports and healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and for the remaining 10 per cent - I have to thank my plastic surgeon.

‘I’m 71 and physically don’t feel so good since I’m in pain. But I’m happier, the sex is better and I understand life better. I don’t want to be young again.’

The actress, whose 1982 Jane Fonda Workout is the biggest selling exercise video, is unable to exercise as much as she would like after her back operation.

However, she still plans to climb the Himalayas next October.

‘I just had surgery on the spine and can only run with a solid corset,’ she told German newspaper Bild.

‘I also have a new knee and a new hip made of titanium. I’m slowly falling apart and feel like a walking spare parts depot.

‘I had to have it all repaired because I want to climb the Himalayas. And at 8,000 metres, my body has to run smoothly.’

Miss Fonda is apparently planning to marry for a fourth time, to music executive Richard Perry, 67.

Past loves include Donald Sutherland, who starred in her 1971 movie Klute, for which she won the best actress Oscar.

She won her second Oscar in 1978 for Coming Home.
